Our Beginning

Forged in the fires of the Burning Legion

Hand of the Dark Lady was born during the Legion expansion, forged in the fires of Azeroth's greatest invasion. What began as a group of players united by a common goal has grown into a thriving North American World of Warcraft community built on friendship, loyalty, and progression.

Since our founding, we have earned Ahead of the Curve every raid tier while remaining true to the values that define our guild. Players and raid rosters have changed over the years, but our principles have not: friendship, teamwork, consistency, respect, and progression without the drama.

We believe you should not have to choose between a successful raid team and a guild that genuinely enjoys playing together. The people behind the characters matter just as much as the bosses we defeat.

Our Community

More than a raid roster

We are proudly based in North America, but welcome players from around the world who share our values and can participate in our scheduled activities.

Seasoned veterans, returning players, and brand-new adventurers will find people ready to answer questions, help with gearing, run dungeons, and enjoy Azeroth together. A guild should be a place you want to log into every day.

Heroic Progression

The heart of the guild

Through dedicated leadership, teamwork, and preparation, we have achieved Ahead of the Curve every raid tier since Legion, and we intend to continue that tradition.

We are currently recruiting Melee DPS to strengthen our progression roster. Exceptional players of any class or role, along with social members looking for a welcoming community, are always encouraged to reach out.

Beyond Raid Night

Mythic+ and leveling

Scheduled raiding is not for everyone, and that is perfectly fine. We are building dedicated Mythic+ groups for players who enjoy pushing keys, improving their ratings, and tackling challenging dungeon content throughout each season.

Members who are leveling or returning after a break will find support with quests, gearing, professions, achievements, and learning new classes. Whether your goal is Heroic progression, Mythic+, collecting achievements, or simply finding friends to adventure with, there is a place for you here.
