Guild Rules & Philosophy

Respect is the foundation of this guild.

• Every member will be treated with respect.
• Every member is expected to show respect in return.
• Disrespect toward guildmates, guests, or leadership will not be tolerated.

We are here to build something strong and lasting. Protecting that environment is everyone's responsibility.

Disagreements may happen. How we handle them matters.

• Address concerns calmly and privately.
• If there is a problem or concern, bring it to the attention of an Officer or Tyr.
• Do not create public drama.
• If needed, Tyr or an Officer will step in and render a final decision.

We prioritize resolution, fairness, and the stability of the guild above individual disputes.

To maintain the integrity of the guild, all Guild and Raid rule violations will be reviewed and enforced by the Officer team.

Disciplinary action may include:

• A formal warning
• A probationary period
• Removal from the raid team
• Removal from the guild

Consequences will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.

We believe in fairness and clear communication - but we will always protect the guild first. Standards matter.
